Thought I would make a little video to respond to what Cheryl was saying. No Editing – just a Xacti post. I love the Xacti – it’s a camera made by Sanyo and it’s pretty fun. Wish they would give me one for doing this plug. This is all a joke folks.
I just got a new computer and I haven’t loaded Photoshop yet, so there isn’t an image to click on – so you have to click the link – not the title – but the link below the title. You’ll see. thanks

Here’s the first post of a collection of writings that the students at Oglala Lakota College are doing. They are doing the writing so that they can read them, and then present them as Blog posts. This is the first one. We are setting up a blog club at OLC. Before you know it we will have a couple of computers at two centers that the students can use to post their own video, pictures, audio tracks, and stories. Here is Bennetta Swift Bird.
I’m working on this project again, and it seems like we are going to be able to continue doing the letters between inmates and their children. This is an 8 minute version of what is becoming an hour long documentary. It has been seen around the country, internationally, and hopeful will be coming to festival, big screen, or TV station near you. Many of you who have been watching this blog for a long time have seen this piece – perhaps not in the 8 minute form, and maybe not all of the pieces that are included in this version – including the reunion between the girls and their dad. In any case this is the first of a series of old videos that I’m re-encoding, and posting here on this site. My intention is to get all of my old stuff – along with a weekly new piece – up and running on this site, which has the best blogware out there – Show In A Box. Thanks, Milt
